Is the Combo-BAG more cost effective than a combo Box?
When comparing the cost of the two packages alone, they are about the same or the Combo-BAG may be slightly more expensive. However, the Combo-BAG can contribute to significant savings when looking at the “big picture”. First, the Combo-BAG is an all-inclusive package including the liner – no banding materials or shrink-wrap is needed. Savings are also realized in reduced contamination from wood, nails, cardboard, and liners. In addition, freight efficiencies are improved; the tare weight of the Combo-BAG is only about 10 pounds compared to the typical tare of 70 pounds for a combo box.
